Logged ticket both via the website and via email and no response so trying to figure out if I just have to get my credit card company to void the charge.
I have purchased a book from your D&D and Beyond the app not impressed not only do I feel like I’ve wasted $30 it tells me I can’t even login this is been a problem for the past two days I’ve uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled and have logged in I have a receipt in my email for the damn book very pissed off and would like to have the problem resolved ASAP ave purchased a book for your guises DND and be on the app not impressed not only do I feel like I’ve wasted $30 it tells me I can’t even login this is been a problem for the past two days I’ve uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled and have logged in I have a receipt in my email for the damn book very pissed off and would like to have the problem resolved ASAP
Have you submitted a ticket with support? Today is a holiday in the US, so you may not hear from them today, but it would get your issue in the system to be addressed.
