I'm subscribed to the Master Tier, and have unlocked the Legendary Bundle, so I'm able to share content with three campaigns' worth of players. I run two nights as DM myself, and am a player in a third night. Is it possible for a different person to act as DM in a campaign using my subscription?

If the multiverse was fair, we wouldn't need paladins.
You can have the other person create the campaign, send you the link and you activate the content sharing, this way everyone has access to your Legendary Bundle stuff, and your friend is still the DM of the campaign :)

Is there a difference? Does the "DM" have edit rights over the characters, or something special?
Yes, the DM can edit the players’ character sheets. The DM can also access DM only notes and can decide what compendiums that have been shared cannot be accessed by the players.
I'm wondering if you can have two legit DM's at once though. We're looking at a 'co-DM' scenario where we'd want both DM's to have full access to all the character sheets, not just content sharing.

Currently, that's not an option. I've had a co-DM before, though, so I can definitely see the advantage to having that as an option.

Boooo . . . I appreciate the quick reply though! Thanks!!
Looks like we'll be exporting and printing character sheets!
I am honestly amazed that this doesn't have that many upvotes, we need to revive this topic, I've wanted and needed this feature for quite a while. It seems like basic functionality to be able to assign someone else as a DM or co-DM.

Yes, have your friend create the campaign page on DDB. You can enable the content sharing once you join that campaign.
Thanks!

What if the friend only has the hero tier?
If someone in the campaign has a master tier sub, they can turn on content sharing in the campaign. It doesn’t matter what kind of sub others have.

Mind blown....

I cannot believe this still isn't an option. What a pain in the ass.

This needs to be actioned. I want to be able to share DM rights. And revoke them
I would also like to see this as an option.
