I've added appropriate "At Higher Level" entries and set the scaling type to character level properly but even on a Level 20 character it's showing up with only the Level 1 stats.
EDIT: I've gone ahead and submitted the cantrip as-is for the time being. I'll link it later if it's approved until then it's name is Eiha if you wanted to see if it's public buy I haven't gotten this updated yet.
Pretend it doesn't have the word additional in the scaling types or whatever it's called and act accordingly. In other words, set it to 2dN at 5th level, 3dN at 11th level, and 4dN at 17th level, where N is the size of the damage die.

I'm not exactly sure what the scale is as I could not find the spell publicly, so I'm just going to walk through how to add a higher level.
Click the box for At Higher Levels Scaling. Then for the Higher Level Scaling Type, select "Character Level". Make sure you have a modifier to scale. Scroll all the way down to At Higher Levels and click on Add A Higher Level.
Enter level, select modifier to increase, select the scale effect and add either a fixed value or the new dice roll.

Tried that, still shows the same way.

I'm having the exact same problem. I followed Astromancer's instructions and nothing changed.
Set up the modifiers for the spell like this:

Got it. Thanks.
