Rolling dice on my desktop (Ryzen 9 3900X, 16GB RAM, RTX 3080) is very, very slow, and that wasn't always the case. This has been an issue for roughly the past two months-ish? It's rather unfortunate since I love the collection of dice I now have, and it's really convenient to use for online sessions.
For others that wish to continue to use their dice on dndbeyond, but can't stand how long it takes for the results to populate (an average of ~ 13 seconds), try using the app on your mobile device! You'll still be able to use the dice you've collected/paid for, it'll populate in the game log immediately, and it's much faster (an average of ~ 3 seconds).
This will be my preferred workaround instead of rolling physical dice, or using other software like what's in owlbear, until the issue is fixed. Hopefully this is useful advice for others!

I use Chrome, and don't have it turned on.
Likewise glad! Using dndbeyond means less mental math, which I'll happily accept.
Unless you need it off for other reasons, try turning on hardware acceleration, as that should help.
