It's possible for him to share all the content with me and the others players? (some players want to use xanathar's guide to everything and tortle package)
To explain quickly though - to share content, someone in the campaign needs to have a Master Subscription, which allows them to switch content sharing on for the campaign. That person doesn't have to be the DM, or the person that has unlocked content on D&D Beyond.

To share the purchased books, one of the member of the campaign must have the Master Tier subscription.
