So far when I've wanted to use a homebrew monster in my campaign like the Minor Air Elemental, I've had to save the link on a plain text document on my desktop.
A feature to save/like/remember creations would be nice so I could browse monsters I've saved before. Or better, have a special tab in the campaign menu with links to monsters.

To copy homebrew, you must have a subscription.
To expand on that slightly - all of the functionality you have requested IS already available on D&D Beyond.
When browsing public homebrew, you can add any you like to your personal collection.
As Filcat mentions though, using this functionality requires you have a current subscription.
