The experts here will likely be able to answer this in a sentence, and I think I have it down, but want some assurances before making a purchase.
I have been DMing a campaign for over a year now for three regular players using Beyond and Discord. While I do subscribe at the lower tier, none of us has yet made content purchases. I would love to know for sure the answers to these questions:
If I upgrade to Master Tier, can I share my dice/background/perks with my players?
If I upgrade to Master and buy the DDB players HB to share, will they gain access to all spells, feats, sub races and character feature choices from the PHB that they do not have access to now?
And the same with the DM guide...will they be able to easily access all of the magic items and equp spell scrolls (an issue for them right now)?
If I buy the Monster Manual, will I be able to access the stat blocks in the combat feature for every monster within that book? (Unlike now)
Comments about your experiences, pro and con, would be helpful. I want to support this site, but I am an old man (I played 1st ed. before a DM Guide was published) and the purchase of digital content still makes me nervous.
"If I upgrade to Master Tier, can I share my dice/background/perks with my players?"
No. Well, sorta. If you as the DM go in and edit their sheet yourself you can apply the cosmetics you have, and that player can keep them as long as they don't change them. Doesn't work for dice though.

Yes. With a Master Tier sub you can enable Content Sharing. When Content Sharing is enabled for a campaign, all purchased character options, adventures and and sources are shared for all players. If Adam got the Master Tier sub, Brad got the PHB and Carol got the DMG: if Adam enabled Content Sharing then Adam, Brad and Carol all get access to the PHB and DMG.
"If I buy the Monster Manual, will I be able to access the stat blocks in the combat feature for every monster within that book? (Unlike now)"
Yes.

Note that in order for them to take advantage of the shared content, they have to create said characters inside the campaign where content sharing has been turned on. As long as they have a character in said campaign, they can read all the books owned by anyone in the campaign (not just the DM, which means also you don't have to do all the purchasing) but for character creation purposes, it has to be inside the campaign.
