I'm currently planning a West Marches style campaign, in which 12 is going to be a pretty tight limit. I understand that with the Master Tier this ties into wanting to keep a lid on how far the IP spreads, but could there be an option to have fewer campaigns with more people? I don't need the other two campaigns, but one campaign that could allow as many as 36 players would be exactly what I'm looking for.
When people aren't going to be present, the DM can deactivate their characters. The characters will appear in the campaign still, will be accessible by the player who owns them, but will not count against your maximum share slots. So you can customize it per session?

Couldn't you make dublicate campaigns? It's a hassle but it's a quick workaround
Subclass: Dwarven Defender - Dragonborn Paragon
Feats: Artificer Apprentice
Monsters: Sheep - Spellbreaker Warforged Titan
Magic Items: Whipier - Ring of Secret Storage - Collar of the Guardian
Monster template: Skeletal Creature

I'm with Jefgodesky I don't need 3 campaigns, would rather have a total players of 36 rather than 12 in each campaign,
deactivating non-present players not really on option (I have several NPC characters that I also have in campaign).
MellieDM, that might be a good workaround for the time being, but it's kind of a hassle. This is a feature request. :)
T;urn the NPCs into Monsters.
Guess I won't need to renew subscription next year, go back to paper.
