I think the best you can do at the moment is to keep a list of links to monster pages in the campaign's DM notes. My own notes are electronic (but not on D&DB), and linking to the monsters works great, as I can quickly open (via ctrl+click or middle-click) in a new tab.
If you play with a keyboard near you, I've also found that custom search engines in Chrome or similar can significantly speed up your searching for references. In Chrome, you can right-click on the address bar and select "Edit search engines..." In the screen that comes up, click "Add" and then enter the following:
Now, if you type "dm" followed by a space in the address bar, you can enter (part of) a monster name, e.g. 'Skeleton', and quickly find all monsters relevant to that. Similarly for character feats ("What does Grappler do again?" <dc Grappler>), items ("How many charges on a ring of wishes?" <di wishes>), spells ("What's the range on fireball?" <ds fireball>) or just anywhere ("What is there to know about Lathander?" <d lathander>). Often I find that typing a sufficiently unique part of the name like this is faster than scanning down a long list of links to find the right one.
I was wondering if there is simply a tool to link monsters stat blocks to a campaign for easy access. I need a way to store this info for encounters.

I use the DM private notes section, and enter tool tips (or, for homebrew, url links). I use spoiler blocks for each encounter.

I would really like this as an added feature too.
