I can still access them. On the race page of the builder, to the right of the “Filter Race Sources” drop down, is “show Legacy Content” toggled on (red)?
Is the “Filter Race Source(s)” set to anything? If I set it to Mordenkainen’s Tome of Foes, I only see race options if I turn on legacy content. Nothing shows up if I have legacy content off. This sounds like what you are seeing. Everything ( at least in terms of player races) in MToF and in Volo’s have been superseded by what is is Mordenkainen Presents, and therefore will only be accessible in the builder if legacy content is turned on.
Same problem though. I have access to MoM in my sources tab but not in character builder.
by MoM I presume you mean Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse? I'll call it MPMoM here
Note that everyone will see MPMoM listed under the sources menu (on the website), whether they have purchased it or not. But, if someone has not purchased it, when selecting it under Sources, they will be directed to the marketplace if they haven't purchased it.
If you are able to read MPMoM by accessing it from the Sources menu, but are not able to use it in the character builder, the most likely explanation is that MPMoM is being shared with you. When content is shared with players, they can access the compendium (the "book") unless the DM turns that off. But they can only use the content for characters that are in that campaign.
If you are certain that you purchased MPMoM, check to see if your entitlements need to be synced--see the link in my signature. While there scroll down to Current Product Licenses and make sure the MPMoM is listed, and that you didn't purchase the compendium only version.
I am having this problem too. The only races I see for MPMoM are ones that weren't printed in Volo's, the Elf, Gith, and Tiefling, even when filtering by that source. It appears something it keeping the MPMoM versions of races that were printed in both books from being selectable in Character Creation? Disappointing, I bought it specifically to use the Monstrous Races in the Character Builder.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like it worked itself out with some time?
They suddenly disappeared from race option list making it impossible to make AL legal characters of many races.
I own the source bundle and can access the book, but can’t use it to create a character.
Did I miss something?

It is toggled on for me and it only shows legacy. If I I toggle it shows nothing.
Odd

Thank you. That probably explains it.
