Why can i only delete them? I am unable to view or edit.....
Did you used to have a Hero Tier subscription? If so, did you have more than 6 characters when the subscription ended?

I had items edited with the DM tier on the characters. When my sub ended the characters locked. Now I'm being double charged for 2 subscription on the same account because the market place app stinks. But, I can access the characters now.
For the subscription issues, submit a support ticket; they should be able to help you out
