When creating a character that has multiple sources of expertise (Rogue level 2, Bard level 3 and the Human feat Prodigy), you are not able to select the same skill twice (eg. rogue expertise and the prodigy feat) into stealth or slight of hand.
Jeremy Crawford answered the question on Sage Advice (April 13th, 2018) that multiple sources of gaining expertise do indeed stack. Can we get this added to the character creator?

As far as I am aware, the character sheet is correct.
I believe that you have misinterpreted the tweets that you have linked and that you cannot select the same skill multiple times for expertise, regardless of which class you gain expertise from.
What Jeremy is saying in that tweet is that a multiclass rogue/bard can gain expertise from both classes - they would need to select different skills for those selections though.
Specifically in those tweets:
A class feature doesn't stack with itself. In fact, nothing in the game that has the same name stacks.
You can get Expertise more than once, but you can never double your proficiency bonus on a roll more than once, as explained in the rules. Selecting the same skill twice would be a waste. It'd also be stupidly broken if this worked; you'd easily be able to hit roll bonuses higher than +30 eventually.

That tweet does not mean that you can apply 4 times the proficiency bonus to a skill.
It means that when you get Expertise from different classes, the number of skills on which you apply Expertise stacks.
But Expertise can be applied only once on the same skill.
