however some bookmarks what were linking to chapters or headings may be broken (If saved during the interim point). For example the Incapacitated condition:
I am not certain how long the books were using the sources/phb-2014 URL's, I believe it was only a few days somewhere between the 10th and 17th of July
It is inevitable that a website that gets continual additions will have to do some reshuffling and re-organising at some point and this is going to break some bookmarks. The fact you made bookmarks isn't something a website should factor - they have to re-organise for a reason. The new organisation is important in more ways than I have the patience to explain. Trying to update and re-organise without changing urls would be a very cumbersome task and not worth the effort or simply not feasible.
It is very easy to find the new url and update your bookmarks - you could have 30 bookmarks and update them in like 3 minutes. This is not even worthy of being called an inconvenience. There is no issue to address.

Sounds like DDB elected to make redirects, but missed some URLs. I don't see how that's not an addressable issue.
My point isn't that it can't be addressed. My point is, don't wait for D&D Beyond - just update your bookmarks. It's a couple minutes, tops.

There is a post on Reddit which has popped up raising an issue with some bookmarks coming from the URL changes on DnDBeyond
It looks like some redirects are in place keeping old bookmarks working:
the old links (before the updates to use -2014) used links to the books like this - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb
there was a few days the books had been updated to the following links - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb-2014
and now the current path to the books is - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/phb-2014
however some bookmarks what were linking to chapters or headings may be broken (If saved during the interim point). For example the Incapacitated condition:
Original Link - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/appendix-a-conditions#Incapacitated
Interim Link: (broken) - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb-2014/appendix-a-conditions#Incapacitated
Current Link - https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/phb-2014/appendix-a-conditions#Incapacitated
I think the team have done a good job maintaining the links in the books but perhaps this can still be addressed.
I am not certain how long the books were using the sources/phb-2014 URL's, I believe it was only a few days somewhere between the 10th and 17th of July
