So are they ever gonna make it so beyond uses the way the spellbook works for 2024 wizards cause it literally gives a max number of spells a spellbook can hold yet the character creator still lets players add over the limit of spells to thje spellbook

It works precisely how the spellbook work. Your spellbook has no max limit. This is official rules. If you have the time and gold you can copy every spell into one spellbook, because "spellbook" can be any number of things, spread over multiple books, a jumble of pages, engraved stones, a psionic gem, or any number of things that fit cosmetically and approved by DM - and all Rules as Written.
