There is a lot of content within D&D and I sometimes get overwhelmed by the shear amount of rules, wording and jargon in the text. To help new players that are not accustomed to the general tropes and mechanics of a table top RPG could video tutorials be incorporated within the SRD's major categories? Such as the basic rules for character creation, general play, combat, spell-casting, even first time DMing? I'm sure their are plenty of YouTube videos that could point to this information but a reliable source and easy place to find them would definitely have helped me as a new player to D&D.

I know that is something I would want (here, let me show you! *links*). If these were done, it would probably not be until it's out of Beta and majority of changes are locked in place.
Oh definitely once the bugs and the vast majority of content is added. Video content wouldn't be a launch feature. But I would love some guest hosts explaining rules. Like Matt Mercer explaining character creation and basic play. Or perhaps Chris Perkins to teach first time DMing.
