if you have purchased all of the rulebooks here, you should have access to all the oaths, monastic traditions, etc. Try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't do it, contact support. Any chance you have 2 accounts here? Often when someone posts with this issue, it turns out that they inadvertently have two accounts, one in which they purchased the materials, and another they sign into and then can't see what they bought.
Can you see the compendiums? For example, the PHB ? Recently I've seen a report or two from folks who can access purchased stuff in the compendium, but not in the builder.
well technically I got like a code that gives me access to all the content, but I definitely don't have two accounts so I don't know how I would know whether I have them in the builder

This is via the DM-subscription content sharing? In that case, the options that you haven't paid for are only available to your character in that campaign.
Eh, you know — the people making this site don't get the content for free, and they have to eat. And the people making the content aren't independently wealthy either. The sharing system actually seems really generous to me.
