I've seen multiple threads asking why the hit points don't update. Not a single one has been answered. Is this question being dodged/ignored by the extension's authors?
Sage asked this same question above mine in August.
Is there any possibility to fix the hit points not updating in "REAL TIME". That's just false advertising, flat out. Deceptive.
Ok, I'm going to preface this by saying I LOVE this extension and being able to use it on my stream!
My query is regarding the shared dice tracking that's coming out this quarter. Is there any way that the roller could be added as an option for the overlay? As it already exists for character sheets, it should be as simple as adding it as a full screen alpha layer and having it roll any dice the players roll through into the shared tracker. Yes I know I'm making it sound very simple when it's likely very complicated, but having dice rolls on screen would be a huge plus for streamers and would really incentivise groups to use the overlay.

Okay, new streamer trying to stream my dnd campaign with my friends. I have this overlay downloaded to my twitch account and I am totally lost now >.< i am not very tech savvy and am confused on where to go from here. Like how do I start the stream with the overlay? I have my campaign and characters selected on twitch, but have no idea on how to continue. Please help. There are no resources I can find online either on how to help.
Hello! I am setting up my OBS settings for a D&D stream I am planning. I installed the D&D Beyond extension on twitch, linked the campaign, and selected the characters to show up, which worked great... until I attempted to modify the health of one of the character sheets. the change would not reflect in the extension on the stream. The character stayed a full health the entire time.
Greetings! I'm the lead admin for a streaming community called Crit Cats (https://twitch.tv/crit_cats), and we've recently changed Twitch admins. I'm trying to update the DnDBeyond overlay with our new campaigns, but the only campaigns that show up are the ones in our old admin's list. How can we rectify this?
I've decided to start test streams for my games, but after installing the extension nothing shows up when I go to configure. I run several games and have chars in a few others. None of that shows up when I click "configure". It just tells me to sign into Beyond and get invited to a game. What do I do?
The time has come to bid a fond farewell to the current iteration of the D&D Beyond Twitch Extension. While the tool has had a good ride since its launch in October of 2018, it's now time for us to look ahead and consider even better ways to serve you, the creators in our community. Here are a few brief details regarding the sunsetting of the current extension:
Why did the extension stop working? Twitch recently changed some internal policies, and our extension, which we hadn't updated, was deactivated by the platform. As content creators' needs have changed, as D&D's rules have changed, and as our tools and services have changed, our original Twitch extension wasn't meeting our standards for quality, nor did it represent what today's D&D Beyond toolset can do. Rather than putting bandages on top of bandages to maintain the current extension, we decided to allow the extension to retire.
Will the extension come back? Short answer: YES! While we wish our timing had better aligned with Twitch's changes, instead of developing a new version of the Twitch extension, we've put our sights on a new set of tools to support creators who want to use D&D Beyond in their game streams and content.
Thank you for using the Twitch extension these past few years, and we are grateful for your patience as we chart a new course for game streams and content tools. We will keep the community posted on major milestones as the work progresses.
Hi I'm wanting to stream a campaign on twitch. I currently have this account linked to my twitch account, but when i attempt to configure my extension to a specific campaign it just brings me to my list of campaigns and it doesn't seem to update/give me the option to link one campaign in particular. I'm sure I'm missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

What extension? The DDB twitch extension is dead. See the post immediately before yours.
Suggestion: It would be nice to submit a change to the current version of the extension that lets the user know that this extension no longer works so that people who have not looked at the forum don't waste a bunch of time trying to make it work when it is not actually their fault (you know for everyone else, not me of course, lol).
Something broken with the Extension? It's been working for me for forever but today I went to check the config and it says "No campaign found" and links me to log into DNDBeyond. I'm alreayd logged in and show my 2 campaigns available but th extension doesn't seem to see them..
Edit: Looked at the console in both Chrome and Firefox and seems there are errors:
Clicking on the links in the errors reports a 404 Status Code

I was wondering if it was something like that because of the Twitch API changes but couldn't seem to find that post! Thank you!

Waiting with baited breath for the new Twitch extension to go live. My players and I were so looking forward to using it and then we discovered that it wasn't working and has since been removed.

Yeah I am trying to work on the set up and it sucks having to do it live.

Gloria in Excelsis Deo!
You all really need to address this. Best to just take the extension offline until you can fix it.
My group wants to use it on stream but can't because it's useless to track live in it's current form.
Is there planned integration of the dice log into the Twitch Extension? If not, that could be a very nice addition!
Is the twitch extension working for Campaign 3 of Critical Role. I was not able to get it to work on Chrome tonight at all.

it won't work with Critical Role now as they've gone to pre-recorded. The addon works only when the players are live.
