Hey there, so I purchased race bundles Volos and Mordenkainen, but don't have access to that in the app. And my players in my campaign don't. So if a question comes up about Tabaxi or Tritons - I have to grab the books or log in online through a browser.
I think all purchased content should be available in app. Race and Class bundles or magic items should appear under those headings in the app. Will this be coming soon?

Keep in mind that the app is still developing/in beta. I know at the beginning it only supported full book purchases. That said, I have individual race and subclass purchases I was able to download in the app. I went to the race (or class) filters/listings, and touched the entry for the race I had purchased (in my case, tabaxi). When I did this, I saw a spinning circle at the right end of that entry, and spinning circles on other Volo’s races I had not purchased (like the Triton). Once the spinning circles stopped, I had access to the tabaxi info in the race listings (but not triton or other Volos races I had not purchased). The same thing happened with subclasses for me. That did not work for me with the monster listings, however.
Ah, I bet that’s why I couldn’t get the monsters to download as I reported in another thread; that was a bundle purchases, my other purchases were individual races/subclasses.
Thanks for the response. I didn't file it as a bug as I knew features were still being developed but I did find this functionality frustrating.
As a DM doing a homebrew setting I got a subscription in order to have access to new player race/class options, as well as updates to the rules, and be able to share them with the group. Everyone has a PHB, and I have a full collection of core books PHB, DMG, MM, Volos, Mordenkainens, Xanathars - but I wanted players to be able to pick whatever they wanted in RAW without having to buy another book for somethng like Triton or Storm Sorcerer and Beyond seemed to fit the bill. But the app is just more convenient in session.
I look forward to any improvements that include access to purchased content via the app.

We are aware of the issue with the bundles not granting proper access to content in the app and will be deploying a fix in the next few weeks.
