Previously, I'd only see red-name-and-border posts from "D&D Beyond Staff" and orange-name posts from "Moderators". Just today, I spotted my first blue-name-and-border post from "D&D Staff".
Is there anyplace where the differences are detailed? My first guess would be Twitch employees in red, WotC employees in blue, and uplifted users in orange.
Which, if any, are considered authoritative on rules questions? As an aside, will folks like Jeremy Crawford and Mike Mearls be putting in "appearances"?
Which, if any, are considered authoritative on site policy?

D&D Beyond (Curse) staff is red.
Wizards staff is blue (or purple, it's an odd color)
