Not a new feature, but an expansion on an existing one: Containers.
Currently, there are only a limited amount of containers (Backpack, Pouch, Barrel, etc.)
Currently, you can add a custom item to your inventory, but you cannot modify it into a weapon, container, armor, etc.
Currently, you can create a homebrew wondrous item and add a Container tag to it, but it does not become usable as a container.
My request is simple: Please make it possible to convert custom and homebrew items into usable containers. I wanted to organize my inventory more, and I was going to do that by making a custom item titled "Belt." My goal was to move items to my "Belt" so I could find it easier instead of it just being in my "Equipment" section or "Backpack" section. I know that the container expansion is something that some other users have requested, so I know I'm not the only one.
I'm sorry if I am bringing uup something that has already been addressed, but the DDB character creater has the abilityu to add in feats beyond level progression, can we get the capability to add in spells known as well?
There are two fairly easy workarounds for this.
Custom Feat. The workaround I use for this is to add a custom Feat "Additional Spells Known" that has the "Choose a spell" selectors as part of it. You can duplicate the Magic Initiate feat as a good starting point. You can then pick the spells by selecting the "Additional Spells Known" Feat through Manage Feats. You can add any number of spells that way. Just keep an eye on your players. :-)
Custom Subclass. The other way is to custom subclass. That's not terrible either. just create your subclass from the existing subclass, and add the spell or spells to it. This way the players can't choose, and if that is what you want/need, then I'd recommend this route. If you need your players to fill these in, or they are going to evolve over time, I'd recommend the aforementioned Feat approach so you're not constantly having to go in and edit the Subclass.

Add a bonafide container of your choice to your inventory e.g. sack. Then customize the sack, renaming it to 'belt'. Add items to your 'belt'. Voila!
Not sure if this has been brought-up before, but the homebrew system doesn't allow for the creation of basic equipment. As it is we can build feats, magic items, complicated monsters, but can't create anything in the most basic category of equipment in the game. Seems like this should be easy to set up no?
Example:
What kind of item do you want to make? A weapon. Okay, does it resemble any existing ones? No. Cool, what type of weapon? Melee, Martial. Does it have a ranged attack? No. What's its reach? 5 ft. What's its base damage dice? 1d6. What's it's damage type? Piercing. Okay, what are its attributes? Two-handed. What's its name? It's called a Man-Catcher. Does it have any special effects? It grapples on a hit. Okay, almost done. Please provide a description for your weapon.
See? Not difficult in the least. Why can't we already do this? Do they think nobody would ever want to create just a normal item? I certainly would.
Apologies for gripey tone. I wrote this after an hour or so trying to find some way to make this work using the magic item creation feature in homebrew. Can't do it.
The most important feature for this site should be: Automated Account Deletion like every other online service, with a confirmation page, followed by a confirmation email, with a default time window wherein the user can chose to abort the process. Further, the deletion page should include clear legal text about what personal, account, and financial data the service provider is required by law to keep, and confirmation that all other data will be deleted.
Well, your account IS private, outside of that part you wish to share through campaigns and such. Nobody is finding anything about you that you do not allow them to find. You remove the campaigns from yourself, you are gone.
The only thing that may be 'findable' about you are the FIVE posts you've made in 3 and a half years.
And if you are worried about the use of your data, there has always been the opt outs in your preferences.
What I'm asking for is industry standard ease and clarity, including appropriate communication and handling of any data relevant to the account, which falls under most consumer protections.

I'm afraid there is no industry standard.
Depends on where you're located, I'd imagine. From what I understand, most European nations, for example, seem to take electronic privacy concerns far more seriously than the US, and such a phrase seems quite applicable there, at least. (Upshot: I don't see a US company ever actually detailing a customer's remaining data like that any time soon, but it sure would be nice, and might even be worth implementing for the sake of international cultural considerations, if nothing else.)

I'm absolutely sure you're right. Still, standards that vary by country are not really industry standards, right? ISO, for example, is a set of standards for various industries that are internationally recognized. If there were an industry standard on the ease of closing an account on a website it would likely be an ISO standard. I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist...could be wrong though.
Is there a way to search the articles? The search bar only looks through the actual gameplay details (monsters, spells etc), and the forum search looks in the forum (obviously). But if I've decided to play a Paladin for example, I can't search for the older Paladin articles.
Looks like the link in the OP needs to be updated or removed; there doesn't appear to be any voting for feature requests on the page it now takes you to. So I guess I'll just post this here.
Feature request: A reasonably stable, documented API to allow at least accessing, and ideally updating, all an account's data such as characters and campaigns, from third party tools. Would happily pay extra for this.
When running an encounter, the pc AC and initiative added to the encounter list automatically. Would make the DM's job a little easier.
that... already happens.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I want to bring up (in case it hasn't already) a function that would bring a lot of organization as a DM to my campaigns. I am copying this idea from another members post from almost two years ago in a different thread. I don't think I could say it any better myself, so I will quote their post:
I think it would be fantastic if we could create folders within homebrew collections and then set sharing to specific campaigns at the folder level. e.g. I create a folder for Campaign 1 and share it with said campaign. Anything I stick in that folder is automatically shared with the people in that campaign based on the parent folder level. I create a folder for Campaign 2 and share it with the corresponding campaign. Same as before, anything in that folder is automatically shared with people in that campaign based on the parent folder. People in Campaign 1 cannot see homebrew for people in Campaign 2 and vice versa. This has the added benefit of allowing me to sort homebrew items to more easily find things. I see this working in conjunction with the current filters.
This allows for a few other possibilities as well:
I can create a misc/private folder that isn't shared with anyone in any of my campaigns. Stuff that isn't finished or isn't ready to be revealed to a party.
The introduction of sharing at the folder level should be complimented by the ability to share/override that at the individual item level. e.g. something in a campaign 1 folder that I want only a single player to be able to see; even if it is in the parent folder shared with that campaign, the ability to override that and limit it to a single person while leaving it in that folder for my organizational benefits. Or something in a campaign 2 folder that I want to extend access for a single player in campaign 1 to see as well.
TL;DR: a sharing system similar to Google Drive would be fantastic for Homebrew content I have created.
I think these are great ideas and just want to try to bring it to some eyes that may have something to say about it.
I would imagine these have been brought up a few times but wanted to add my own voice
Export to JSON, we used to have this but it got turned off, it was invaluable for me, as I have dyslexia and have a number of specially prepared character sheets that I could use the JSON to autofill for me.
a BUY button, on the characters, manage equipment sections, it would add the item but reduce your gold by the correct amount. it's a small thing, but a significant user experience. obviously, this would have to also have the Sell, and the Sell (50%) buttons as well. this would make equipment management significantly easier.
The source books should have an 'owned' section right in the drop down for an easy way to get straight to the adventure I'm running. At the very least there should be a way to favorite a few source books so that they're easy to jump straight to.
