Aren't they asking for the ability to create new non-magical items? We can make homebrew magical items, but the base stats of the base item cannot be changed. I think we need the ability to add new base items, such as weapons or armor, which can then be used to make magical versions.

In "My Hombrew Collection" add notes and a star rating for each thing that is saved in that list. The notes and star rating is only visible to the user who saved it to "My Homebrew Collection"
I'm finding that I go through the Homebrew and save things to my collection but then its a small sea of names. I dont know why I saved it nor its current ranking in my head for use on one of my characters or campaign. I would like to make a note that my PC "X" is using the Feat (or whatever). I'd also like the stars so I can rank them in my own personal space.
I think it would be easy to implement since it has no interaction with anything else on DNDBeyond. just personal notes and personal ranking saved.
Race, Class and Attributes filter for "My HomeBrew Collection" view
I want to choose the Race and Class for the current PC I'm working on, so it doesn't present me with Feats and Subclasses I have previously saved to my collection. That way I'm not presented that I can't use due to not being a certain Race, Class and Attribute. Race and Class should be fairly easy where Attribute may be v2.0 of this kind of Filter.
Race and Class removal alone from view would be extremely useful in the "HomeBrew" and the "My HomeBrew Collection" views.
In Character Sheet editor mode , under class tab, I'd like to see my upcoming class, subclass abilities gained from levels not achieved yet. This helps with lelveing up plans. If there are chouces to be made, I can make them, , if dice is to be rolled that is left undone with an astrick * to indicate it needs to be done.
For instance, for a fifth level Fighter to go to 6th level they can choose a Feat or increase ability. I want do that staging it, but not committing them to the PC until I choose to level up to 6th level.
Serious question - when was the last time a new feature was actually added to Beyond?
Was it the encounter builder? but that feels like it was years ago??
'New Privacy Setting & Default Character Preferences' came in July this year. Allowing you to use a wizards account to login in March. Before that containers on character sheets at the beginning of 2022. Fixes, minor or mobile updates in between.
I'm still hoping that stuff is going on in the back to go along with the new VTT or one dnd/whatever they end up calling it. If it's not that then it does feel like it's no longer going to see meaningful updates outside regular book releases.
I think it could be really awesome to have a turn building feature! I play in a large campaign with 7 other player characters plus many npc's and bad guys. Our turn order gets pretty long so for the most part you have plenty of time to plan out your turns, but I think it could be great to have a an actual tracker on dnd beyond. It could just be as simple as having a slot to put an action, bonus, action and then reaction that you click from your actions list. Even better would be class dependent turn building. So it would include things like a spot for an extra attack, action surge and you can choose using the additional class features too. It would be awesome to even include the ability for it to deny you in planning things you cannot do according to whatever rules you might be using. First example that comes to mind is that it wouldn't let you plan to use two leveled spells in one turn. Or issuing a warning for you when you try to use a spell that uses concentration when you are already concentrating on a different one. (also with that being said I think having a button you can press to show you are concentrating because my party often forgets!)

Have you checked out the Encounter Builder, that is eternally in beta? It's not perfect but it does the job.
My encounters: need a way to mark the different spells used, or the abilities by the NPCs (example 3/day - it would be great to mark in any way the number already used - not need to follow on paper/other sheet)
Would it be possible to have a customisable list of languages available within campaigns? -f configured, languages that do not appear on the list would not be selectable on the character sheet for a PC that is part of that specific campaign.
I find it rather inconvenient (especially when introducing new players to my homebrew setting) that the dropdowns are crowded with languages that do not exist in that setting (Marquesian and Zemnian, for instance, are specific to just one canon universe, and I would love to exclude them as options, to make things less confusing for my players).
As DM having Campaign race list that lock in which races are allowed in are home games
Having a player turn up at table with Giff. Have custom list would stop so many arguments at table. I thought Gith but he was saying Giff. By then it was to late.

agree, but not just on that one... i think it sbeen long overdue that if we disable content, it should also disable it in the builder as well. disabling only the written content is good, but its definitely not the use people wanted to begin with.
i am in a campaign where anything that is not from WotC is disallowed and adventures stuff aren'T allowed either. he created the campaign, i joined and now all my books are his, but even if push the off switches on books, the only thing that happens is us not able to see content. in the builder we can still use a ton of spells and feats and races that are not supposed to be used. its cool the character sheet allows such customisation by adding switches on the first page. and while we can use that to switch stuff off... we just can't turn off books per say. which isn't right.
i will give you an advice though, for the zemnian language and the likes, they are partnered content from critical role. so just disable the switch on the charcater saying "critical role" and that should remove everything from the sheet that has to do with critical role.

Would it be possible to add templates to character creation. Say your player or NPC in case of GM have a character that becomes say a lycan or vampire or lich; it would be nice to click a button and it auto populates abilities to not slow down game or creation process.
also adding Honor/Sanity since they are options in GM guide

The ability to create Gestalt characters!
kHaoTiC nEutRal
(any/all)
Be able to share or make encounters public
What is the use case?
Pre-assembled random encounters for time-pressed DMs. Give them a terrain tag make them searchable by level and terrain.
"Here's a one-shot roadside encounter with uthgardt raiders for level 3-6 characters."
"Here's a multi-part chase encounter with a dragon turtle ridden by locathah pirates."
Correct
There should be a way to sort your made characters into folders
