I am not sure if this is possible or if I am doing it wrong, but I have a mater tier subscription. However, I when I try to view the options of subscriptions I just see Subscription Management with details about my specific subscription.
Now, this really isn't important, but it was rather annoying to have to log out of my account to show people at my local gaming store to explain how the subscriptions worked. I also don't understand why I can't easily see all of the subscriptions available even if I already have one.
Agree. Another option to consider offering would be the ability to upgrade your current subscription to the next tier. To do this, I had to cancel my current subscription, for which I received a pro-rated reimbursement. I then had to purchase the new subscription. Fortunately, I retained all of my characters, etc..., but this like a pretty long path for a common request. I would think you would want to make upgrading your subscription as easy as possible.
Indeed, I’ve had the same issue as Mouse. I’d really like to be able to see pricing, etc. For subscriptions even though I have one. It would be helpful when answering questions here. I don’t personally need the upgrade sub option, but I can see how it would be helpful.
I hadn't even thought about the ability to upgrade. Canceling and getting a new one seems like an early 2000's web design thing. Not something that people should be doing in 2019....
But it was just weird because I was trying to get them more business and I had to go a complicated way to do so. It just made the site seem cumbersome which is the complete opposite in every other aspect other than their marketplace/subscriptions.
Can you open an incognito/private window in your browser? Or open a different browser?
Yes, but that is really stupid logic. Hey because you are giving us money you can't see your options unless you log out, or go to another browser in which you are logged out.
I even stated in the OP Now, this really isn't important, but it was rather annoying and explained that I logged out to resolve the issue. Which means going into incognito/private or opening another browser would solve the issue. However, as I stated in my post above yours It just made the site seem cumbersome which is the complete opposite in every other aspect other than their marketplace/subscriptions.
This post wasn't about how can I do this, or how to accomplish a task. It was a request for a quality of life feature. Something that should be easy to implement and make using the site feel less cumbersome.

I agree, and have had the same issue pop up. :/
