Didn't Hasbro acquire dndbeyond and thus merged it with wizards of the coast, which they also own? Doesn't that make the licensing fee stuff unreasonable? (the other stuff is very reasonable though)

While the DDB business division probably doesn't have to pay the WOTC business division a licensing fee anymore, that doesn't mean they're going to reduce the prices on things since that revenue stream is probably being accounted for in other ways now. Even if they have reworked it to squeeze a little bit more profit out of either division it's just going to try and cover the shortfalls in Hasbro's other divisions, which I believe have been suffering for years.
