Currently we can toggle things not in the context of Forgotten Realms (Ebberon, Critical Role, Rick and Morty, etc.), but I feel it would be a good idea to toggle individual sources. For example, Acquisitions Incorporated includes many duplicate spells, which can be annoying to sift through
I 100% agree. This would be useful for DMs who want to run specific setting restrictions, AL restrictions, removing Acq Inc, etc.
I don't know what "duplicate spells" you are seeing from acq inc, they are all new and unique compared to existing spells, just not useful in every campaign.

I may have mixed it up with a different source, all I know is my spellbook has a few duplicate spells in it.

Like what?
I went looking, my spellbook used to have 2 instances of Hold Person and a few other spells, but I can't find the duplicates anymore, so it may have been a temporary issue. I still believe this to be a good idea however

I also agree with this. One way to maby do it is to lock it to the Campain.
I spell Goodly.
