if i am paying for my subscriptions from a UK bank account does it cost be a transfer fee
You mean a currency conversion fee. You will have to check your bank, it's them who will charge you if they do.

Not that I know of or would want to try, but the charges are tiny. Looking at my last Master Tier debit, it was £4.58 with a 63p charge. I wouldn't faff about trying to circumvent charges for what wouldn't even buy me a chocolate bar.
pretty sure currency transfer fees and the like are governmentally mandated, so... no. no there isn't, unless you move to the US or make a US bank account (which I'm not sure how) to pay for your subscriptions from.

Yes, subscriptions paid from a UK bank account will have fees applied. Those fees depend on the exchange rate and your bank
