i've been sending 2 tickets to get an invoice and so far i got no answer. on was sent a week ago and the other last fraiday. The schoolyear is about to end and since i use Beond for my student i could get a reinboursment. But it's gotta come in quick...
thanks for the fast answer, i guess it means that you still have some poeple working behind that desk. it's just that it past way over the time mentioned on the ticket auto answer so i was wondering if the service was still alive.
