The added spell lists from the dragonmarked races in ERftlW aren't showing up in spell lists. This is especially odd seeing as the Ravnica ones work perfectly.
This feature is currently not implemented for Spells of the Mark, but is being worked on. Spells of the Mark are functionally different from Ravnica guild background spells by virtue of being tied to a race rather than a background, hence requiring a different solution.
In the meantime, you can make homebrew copies of the Mark spells and add the necessary classes to the "available to classes" list. I recommending include "Mark of X" in the spell name of the homebrew copy so it's clear its only for characters with that mark.
