...appears to be missing from wondrous items list.
I don't think driftglobe is in the SRD so it won't be included for now. It will be added when the remaining content is added in a future phase.
OK. Seems to be more in the item lists than the SRD already though.
They definitely plan to add more content. Badeye's post pretty much sums up what should be here for now:

Driftglobe isn't found in the SRD. The current Items compendium has the magical items plus the standard adventuring items, hence why it looks like there are more than what you'd normal see.
