Am I missing something like a particular tab, or a separate place where “Smite flavours” go?
All the spells mentioned are not part of the free basic rules, instead are licensed content from the Player's Handbook. In order to see them in the character sheet, you would need to have access, either through purchasing them (individually or by purchasing the PHB) or via content sharing in a campaign.
I’m having trouble finding the following first level Paladin spells on D&D Beyond:
Compelled Duel, Searing Smite, Thunderous Smite & Wrathful Smite.
