Feature Request: Transaction log in Gold/Money Inventory

A transaction log for money would be great. Perhaps this is a Setting that has to be turned on.

Example:
+ 40 Gold Description: Found Loot (Perhaps the descriptions are a drop-down)

- 20 Gold Description: Spent Note: Rusty Sword in Phandalin

As +/- Additions/Subtractions are added, the total would change.

Total: 20 Gold
