I'm currently reminding myself of what parts of each sourcebook by looking at what you can buy. In quite a few different sourcebooks I have stuff that wasn't paid for, not that I remember and not according to my marketplace history either. Can someone explain this please, not that I'd be complaining about free stuff though.
It's a bit late for me at the moment, so tomorrow I'll go through them all and list them as a reply (along with my purchases), then someone may be able to say if they appear in any of those books.
There is a fair amount of free stuff on DDB, more than I expected. I can check once you've provided a list.

Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica: Circle of Spores & Order Domain
Monster Manual: Beholder & Kenku
Mythic Odysseys of Theros: College of Eloquence & Oath of Glory
Volo's Guide to Monsters: Races - Bugbear, Goblin & Hobgoblin
Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron: All 13 Backgrounds, Abberant Dragonmark & All Magic Items except: Bag of Bounty, Band of Loyalty, Inquisitive's Goggles, Irian Rosewood Focus and Rings of Shared Suffering
Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden: Blade of Disaster
I have bought: Player's Handbook, Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide, Xanathar's Guide to Everything, Eberron: Rising from the Last War & Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. There is also Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar in my marketplace listed as "Bonus (SRC-00049)" which I don't know how I have.
-Circle of Spores and Order Domain, College of Eloquence and Oath of Glory are also in Tasha’s, which you have purchased
-bugbears, Goblins & Hobgoblins are also in Eberron Rising from the Last War
-almost everything in Wayfinder’s was reprinted in Eberron Rising
-Blade of Disaster (a spell) appears in Tasha’s as well as Rime
The Revenant Double-bladed Scimitar was created by DDB to make the Revenant Blade feat from Eberron Rising work
The only things on the list I can’t explain are the Beholder and Kenku. Is it the Kenku monster or Kenku race that you have access to and think you shouldn’t?
Also, what exactly do you mean by Beholder? For free, I can access a page that has a lot of lore, the abilities and how to make your own Beholder. Is that what you're referring to?

For the Revenant Double-Bladed Scimitar, if you check the last column it says "Bonus (SRC-00049)". Checking the first column you'll see that SRC-00049 is the SKU for "Eberron: Rising from the Last War", so it appears this is a bonus you get for buying that book. If others are listed with "Bonus (SRC-####)" notes that can help you see where they came from.

I think there are some things which appear in more than one book, so perhaps you purchased it as part of another book?

Maybe someone in your group is sharing it with you?

It's Kenku the monster not the race.
It just says I own the Beholder monster on the purchase options when looking in the Monster Manual on the marketplace.
Hmm I have a few unlocked (either freebies or what I got with the Essentials Kit), but neither of those two, so they're not standard freebies.
