For those wanting to look at a character sheet without being blinded, this extension does not work for the character sheet page
If you install the character sheet theme it does, it's a second optional theme though. Underdark mode is generally good enough for most people and this theme takes some extra setup if you want different themes for different characters. It does make it more customizable then the default sheets though for the extra effort.
Opera GX can install chrome extensions. Grab Stylus from the extension store, can find the links on either page. Once that's added to opera gx you should be able to open the file and install it (or click the install link on the userstyles.world page)
Hi! I gave Stylus a try with the style from this forum, and I am loving it, minus one small thing - the backgrounds of Monster stat blocks turn dark.
I messed with the style settings in Stylus a bunch and didn't find one that made a difference to that, though I might have missed it. I personally really like the default look of the monster stat blocks, so I'd love to keep those at the default
Since the 2024 update I'm now having trouble in the character builder. When picking spells, the spell names and details like Casting Time, Components, Range, ect are staying an almost black color instead of following the text color. I've tried changing things, but it looks like those items are drawing their color from something outside of what Stylus is set up to do. I'm on Firefox.

I tried to look at this but it probably won't be an option as it is far too bright when on a dark background. It feels like getting flash banged every time one scrolls into view when they have their original background. They also don't have consistent backgrounds through out. For example backgrounds in the 2014 free rules are different than monster pages which are different that 2024 monster stat blocks.

Looks like I only updated this in the character sheet style and missed doing it for the main site style. Should be fixed in the update I just pushed. Thanks for letting me know.

WOW, that was fast. You're awesome. I also see that the buttons to filter level and category look fancier now!

The character sheet has a dark mode I think it is only through the web and not the app.
Manage, Change Sheet Appearance, Underdark mode toggle
CENSORSHIP IS THE TOOL OF COWARDS and WANNA BE TYRANTS.

For example 2014 basic rules just have white backgrounds https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/basic-rules-2014/monster-stat-blocks-f
