in a game I'm playing, we don't have a cleric or paladin or druid in our party, so I wanted to see if there's any way a wizard could learn a resurrection spell outside of wish
Short answer is, no there isn't unless you're a 14th Transmutation Wizard in which case you can use your Transmuters Stone to Restore Life.
Slightly longer answer would be wizards can technically research and create spells so see if your DM would be ok with you researching a spell to do it, doing a wizard version of Reincarnate is probably best. Also look to other wizards spells to help in that research, Find Familiar for manipulating spirits into physical form, animate dead or create undead for animating corpses to a semblence of life, Vampiric Touch and Life Transference for the ebb and flow of life energies etc.

Can you acquire a magic item that has it or can? If you get a ring of spell-storing for example, you can pay for NPC clerics et al to cast a few resurrections into the ring and so have them handy without needing to know the spell yourself. Similarly, are their scrolls of resurrection?
Do you have a bard in the party? We can learn raise dead / revivify too.

Thank you for your time and please have a very pleasant day.
Yeah, it would really require some sort of house rule to let you add it to your available spell list. RAW resurrection spells are limited to classes that can cast healing spells (Clerics get them all except reincarnate which is exclusive to Druids, Bards and Paladins get raise dead, and Bards, Paladins, Druids, Rangers, and Artificers get revivify). Wizards and Sorcerers are traditionally not healer types (with the exception of Divine Soul Sorcerers, who's main thing is that they also have access to Cleric spells).
Wish can duplicate a spell of 8th level or lower and Resurrection is a 7th level spell. So yes, wizards can cast Resurrection by RAW, you just need to get to level 17 and learn Wish. Or I suppose if a Wizard got their hands on a scroll of Wish, they could attempt to cast it at any level with a chance of failure and wasting the scroll.
There's an Unearthed Arcana subclass, Theurgy, that can do this. Note, though, that as it was never officially released, it's in the same boat as homebrew (not fully tested, may or may not be balanced), and thus not something you can assume you have access to. If the DM is nice, they might let you use it, but they by no means have to do so.
Apart from that, you could try to find a staff or other magic item that would let you cast it, use wish, or ask a summon, but you have no direct way of learning and preparing traditionally "divine" spells like cure wounds or resurrection yourself.

Technically there is, just too late for OP (as I think they have already chosen their race).
Mark of Healing Halfling, from the E:RotLW book, lets you add spells to the spell list of any spellcasting class you've taken. The spells include Cure Wounds, along with other healing/restorative spells. As a MoH halfling wizard you would have these spells available to choose as wizard spells and can add them to your spell book and prep them as normal.

For the OP, until reaching 17th there is no class-based to add resurrection spells. You will have to rely on magic items or the Wish spell. However, you can talk to your DM and see if they will add a homebrew way of your character getting rez spells.

Any idea why Reincarnate is with the Arcana spell cards? Online says that it's a Druid spell, but they have their own spell card set - Arcana is for Sorcerors, Warlocks and Wizards?

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

Not sure why that would be, the only info I can find about it is something to do with the Wild Magic table for Sorcerer where one of the options says 'if you die within the next minute you immediately come back to life as per the reincanate spell' So its possible its just a massive typo where the card creators did a search for spell names and it came up and they didn't think to cross reference it.

There is another "DM-dependant" option: Wizards can copy spells from books/scrolls and other sources in the game... So technically: your DM could "give" you the spell you're after if they're alright with that.

Divine soul sorcerer can cast any cleric spell, maybe that's why?

Probably hence Cap's mention of it being a "DM-dependant" option.

For a 15th level wizard with something like 15,000 gold to burn, preparing clone for the entire party is a viable option.
For a 13th level wizard, there's the option of plane shift to somewhere where you can find a helpful spellcaster.
Oddly enough, back in AD&D reincarnation (similar to reincarnate but slightly different mechanics) was available as a sixth level wizard spell, so you could try to fast talk the DM into a really old grimoire with AD&D spells.

As others have already mentioned, Wish is the main RAW way to do this for a Wizard.
The basic use of this spell is to duplicate any other spell of 8th level or lower. You don't need to meet any requirements in that spell, including costly components. The spell simply takes effect.

welp, too late to take transmutation, so guess imma ask the dm if I can learn a resurrection spell lmao, thanks for the quick reply

Canto alla vita
alla sua bellezza
ad ogni sua ferita
ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty
To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me
The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!
