I've got quite a few things in my homebrew collection but they don't come up during character building or advancement.
And before you ask Homebrew is 'active'. What do I need to do
Does any homebrew show up?
Try toggling homebrew off and on in the builder. (I presume from your comment that you know red is "on" for those toggles; that throws some folks)
