Our group is getting back together to play again this summer after awhile off and I am not able to access any of our shared books here on D&D Beyond. I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or if something changed?
I have a Master Tier subscription that is currently active. I have a campaign created with the players in it and content sharing enabled. However I only see the books that I have personally purchased and none of the books that any of the other players have purchased. Books that we used to use in this very campaign.
Am I doing something wrong here? I know of at least 4 books that other players in this campaign bought that a cannot see anymore that I used to be able to.
I can't confirm it right now, but I think the other players have the ability to manage their own content. So if they have it blocked for some reason, then you wouldn't see it. Anyway check with them and see if everything is shared on their end.
I talked to the players that own the other books that we used to be able to share and they said they haven't changed anything. Do all the players have to have a Master Tier subscription to be able to share books now? I thought previously as long as at least one person person in the campaign had the Master tier subscription that everyone in the campaign could share all their owned books with each other?
So you're saying... that now only people with the Master Tier subscription can share books that they own? And people who have the Hero Tier and Free Tier cannot share books that they own in a campaign where someone else has the Master Tier subscription?
I feel like that I'm pretty sure it didn't used to be this way? Because we have guys in our campaign that I know have the free Tier or maybe had the Hero Tier and bought books that we would share in campaigns that I had the Master Tier in.
No, in fact the 3rd paragraph in the link ZoneChaos posted lists that only one person (doesn't have to be the DM) has to have the master tier to enable sharing. So it should work. There is a campaign limit that was also mentioned. Are you or the other players over that limit? Otherwise I don't know. You might need to ping support.
Yeah, this sounds like a support issue. There should be a Content Management button in the campaign tab you can use to open a menu of what material is available and toggle what's being shared. Have you checked that?
Something might've changed with the settings, make sure the players with the content go into the campaign and make sure sharing is enabled for it. This seems especially likely to be the problem if the previous campaign that was being used to share has ended and been removed.
Have everyone check their entitlements, including you, and sync if need be. See the link in my signature that will take you to the right page. If that doesn’t do it, turn content sharing off and then back on again. If it’s still not sharing, try one more round of checking/syncing entitlements.
If none of that does it, you will need to contact support (another link in my signature)
I've had everyone check their entitlements and resync, and turn off and on content sharing multiple times and nothing changed. I put in a ticket with technical support. Thanks for the help.

To share with others, you need to have the Master Tier and own the book.
You can share this content with I think 3 campaigns.
You do not need to be the creator or "DM" of the campaign and care share to one you were invited to.
