Having a cantrip provide the ability to spend a hit dice in combat is still over powered, I think. Its a lot of healing for a cantrip, its similar to a lvl 1 cure wounds and can be used on everyone in your party 1/short rest? That's like giving the caster 10 more 1st level spell slots in a day (assuming you short rest once).
What problem are you trying to solve? Are you trying to save a dying companion? There's already spare the dying as a cantrip. Why does that not work?
Or, do you need to wake up an unconscious companion, because you need them awake to stop a TPK?
In that case maybe a larger sacrifice is required, similar to life transference, a Cantrip I'm going to call Healing Sacrifice, allows the caster to take 1d3+1 Necrotic damage that cannot be reduced or avoided, in order to grant 1 hit point of healing to a target creature within 5'.
This is balanced, but so situational, that you'd almost never use it... which is the opposite of what you want for a cantrip.
The problem is that your level 1 spell scales by itself. Only cantrips automatically get more powerful as you level up. Leveled spells only can get more powerful when you upcast them. Also, it is not a charm for the effect but instead should be healing and buffing.

You unleash flirtatious compliments, enchanted with the essence from a rose at an ally you can see within range. If the target can hear and understand you ,it heals 2d8HP and adds advantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn
This spell's healing increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (3d8), 11th level (4d8), and 17th level (5d8).
"As you use the spell on your ally, the rose you are giving to them blossoms, and glows for an instant, before its petals begin to loose color and a steam of the disappearing color of the flower flows from it and floats into your ally's body, suddenly, the scars in your ally disappear, as the rose's petals turn black and weak''
