Assuming you're talking about the effects a vampire's lair produce in its surrounding area, I'd say no unless that spawn managed to break away from their maker and set up somewhere on their own. Even then, I'd say they happen to a much lesser effect, as vampire spawn aren't as powerful.

Do vampire-spawn produce the same environmental effects, i.e., fog, bats, etc., as full-fledged vampires?
