Hi there, apologies if this is covered elsewhere, but I am looking at buying the bundle and I'm curious if the books will be tied to the online accounts in some way.

If I purchase the full bundle, can I keep the physical books for myself and give the ownership of the digital books to someone else?

I'm inquiring because I'm on a committee that runs a gaming convention and we're looking at picking up books for prizes at next year's convention.

If you purchase through the D&D Beyond marketplace, no. The digital books will be immediately credited to the licenses of the purchasing account

If you purchases through dndstore.wizards.com, yes. You'll receive a code for each book that can be redeemed by any account, as this marketplace isn't linked to D&D Beyond directly, nor your D&D Beyond account.

Not sure if it applies to the bundles but normally when you buy digital content there’s an option in the checkout to “buy as gift” and if you select that it generates a code that can be shared and redeemed. Assuming it’s the same for the bundles that’s you keeping the book and giving the code out as the prize or vice versa
