you need the subscription to access the 2024 phb during the early access period that we are currently in. once the street date hits for the book, though, you'll be able to access it without a subscription.

Looks like you're trying to create a 2024 Fighter and only have access to the free rules. Do you own the 2024 Players Handbook?
