I have the class dice, the frames, and backdrops, but not the gold dice. Will this be added later? I subscribed to the master tier and bought the bundle earlier today.

While I'm not sure, the DIgital PHB doesn't mention them. I'm going to assume some of the rewards are actually going to come with the DMG and Monster Manual. And I couldn't find anything mentioning a gold dice? Were you referring to the gold dragon mini? or am I just spacing out and not noticing a gold dice?

You should have recieved a email from DDB with a code to redeem the Golden Dice and download the Dragon Artbook

I purchased the bundle a while ago and I also have not yet received an email or the rewards as far as I can tell.

I got an email, and got my dice, a PDF artbook, and another message about sigil sign up.
Though honestly, I don't even use them digital dice xD

You should have received an email yesterday that gave you a code for the dice and a link to download the artbook. I'm not sure why the dice weren't auto-unlocked...but still. 

Actually, just tried to redeem my dice, but it said that it was already redeemed...checked my dice and there was an anniversary gold set already there, which I'm assuming is the bonus...odd.

 It's an Email with a code, so check your email for DnDB's email. 

I pre-ordered the core rulebook bundle and restarted my master tier subscription a month ago, but I never got an email with a code for the dice or the art book. I'm hoping they will give us more information soon.

I got an email with the code and art book yesterday too. Looked like a normal email from DnDBeyond and is easily missable.

I just received the email with the code.

So it took a few days then?

I have the same issue, ordered the physical/digital bundle but didn’t receive the gold dice or art book. I placed a ticket on Wednesday 9/4, but haven’t heard back yet.

 I would check which email you have associated with this account and then the junk folder for it. If it is not there, support will get it sorted but they are not a fast solution, so be patient and don't submit a new ticket because new submissions drop you to the back of the line.

EDIT: Also, try to sync your entitlements: Account > Licenses > Account Entitlements.

 One user said they had their dice automatically gifted to them, without the code. So try clearing your cache to see if you are one of those lucky people.

I sent a support order because I haven't gotten them yet. Based on the initial reply I got there seems to be an issue if you preordered before a specific date. 

I'm still waiting on a second reply.

Just that yeah, it said that the code had already been claimed, and then I found these in the collection. It's possible that others are getting them added automatically.

 Have you checked your spam folder for the email associated with this account? The subject will be 'Your 2024 Core Rulebook Bundle bonuses are here!'

Mine was sent on September 3rd.
