I have also still not received my dice yet. I've had several exchanges with support where they have just been circularly avoiding helping me. Support seems absolutely flooded at the moment.
Anybody get the issue resolved of not receiving the email for Dragon Art and Dice? I just learned these were even released, preordered the $200 bundle when it became available. Received the digital and Physical PHB but not bonuses.
I have still not had the issue resolved. Support even marked my ticket as resolved after being largely unhelpful. I've asked them to reopen the ticket, but at this point I'm not expecting to ever receive these pre-order bonuses.
I never got a response, they just sent two generic emails with a note saying respond if this didn’t help and nothing in like 3 weeks. I question if they even have a support team at this stage, I understand being overwhelmed but 3 weeks is abit excessive
Support closed my ticket and has not responded to my last attempt to contact them.
So I accidentally opened my ticket without logging in first so I can’t see the progress. Can I ask if you received an email stating it was closed or did you just find on support page.
I was signed in when I submitted my ticket, so I've been doing everything via email. I did receive an email stating it was closed and that it could be reopened by replying.
Support just reached out to me last night with a link for the art book and a code for the dice. So this issue is finally resolved for me. Thank you Jake from D&D Beyond.

Yes, checked and double check daily but nothing. Disappointed in DNDBeyond lack of a real response.

Did you atleast get the digital class dice? Or the themes and backgrounds
Those I did get, likely due to them not being pre order bonuses, but things included in the digital version of the PHB.
I still have received zero correspondence on this issue with the exception of the bulk email. Ridiculous.

I’m happy to say I received an email from support today with a link to the Dragon book and a code for the gold dice.
I also got mine today as well, opened my ticket 11 Sept for anyone interested in turn around time for response
