New Unearthed Arcana - Horror Subclasses!

Per the convention releases and preview snapshots when they announced the 2026 product slate, wasn't Hexblade coming in the Q3 release with the Arcane Subclasses/Arcane Subclasses Updated UAs in the Arcana Unleashed supplement? 
I recall, but for the life of me can't find the source, one of the Wizards representatives saying that Hexblade was coming, and that it wasn't going to make it into Ravenloft: The Horrors Within, but was pushed back a few months to fit into said Arcana Unleashed grab-bag/PHB2 book.

 Definitely a possibility, it would give them more time to rework the rather muddled UA Hexblade and actually put some blade in to go with the Hex
