I am sorry, but I don't remember if I have posted here. This is one of my issues right now.
Backstory: I live in the western suburbs of Chicago. On February 13th, 2023, while walking home, I was struck by a car in a crosswalk and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. Part of my issues is memory recall, so I have been searching for PDFs dealing with campaign setup from the Dungeon Master's Guide. I am a creative person, and I write Sci-fi and Fantasy fiction. The real issue for me is if I don't have my journal with me, and go to find it, by the time I locate my journal, the thought has disappeared. This kind of "train of events" is deeply "frustrating", to say the least.
I've tried to locate such sheet's on D&D Beyond, I know it''s probably the search terms OR they don't exist. I am not blaming anyone. I just want to get my ideas down on paper. I started playing in 1977, and I know a lot of stuff is now electronic. So I am asking for help, which has always been hard to do.
Lastly, I am thanking you in advance for your help.

This site doesn't have a journal or such. You can use Campaign Notes but they're a little awkward to use if you're just wanting to make a quick note. I recommend you use Google Docs or OneNote - set a link in your browser (bookmarks, etc). Or have a text editor like Notepad, Wordpad, Word, etc on your computer and add it to the taskbar. Whenever you need to make a note, open the app/site and make the note.
Some apps, like Google Docs and OneNote, can be synced across multiple devices - like your smart phone, so even if you're out and about and don't have a computer, you can still make your note on your phone.

Smart phones have become amazing devices. I too have a brain condition, albeit seemingly less severe, and this can affect my memory, cognitive abilities and cause 'brain fog' and blackouts (and a few ministrokes). My phone has become a very useful device for my day-to-day: I use alarmed timers when cooking, so I don't forget I'm cooking something, I make notes of important info, I set calendar events with multiple reminders for arrangements or appointments, I even set alarm when taking showers because the hot water increases the likelihood of blackouts and the alarm can - usually - wake me from it, to avoid using too much water / electric. And everything on my phone is synced with my laptop and online services - I can access notes from any device with an internet connection, I can see calendars/reminders/etc on my laptop (I can even take phone calls and send texts through my laptop), etc.

Completely different scenario, but I had a job where I had to record pertinent information with no way to write it down. I puirchased a small voice recorder (which is now on most phones, at least iPhones). Record your ideas or notes and copy them down in the journal later.
Good luck!
