I'm gearing up for a dark sun campaign and I was wondering if there's a way to add races and classes to the character builder on dndbeyond, specifically Thri-Kreen Battlemind. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

check out the homebrew tools - you're welcome to create any races & subclasses you like.

Homebrew of base classes is not available yet.
