Hello, I want to formally publish a campaign series (several dungeons related to a general back story). Where do I find out everything I need to know to do this?
On the Wizards of the Coast website, since they make and own D&D. (D&D Beyond is a separate company and cannot authorise anything about publishing your own campaign).
There is no option to publish campaigns on this site so any publishing elsewhere will involve acquiring permissions from Wizards of the Coast. You can consider their community site DMs Guild but this requires your campaign to be set in an official D&D setting unless you get permission from them to use a homebrew setting.
- Basically, it's complicated. I recommend just writing it out and testing with some friends before going down the route of publishing it.

DMs Guild is your go-to site for publishing adventures using official Wizards of the Coast properties. Their sister site, DriveThruRPG.com has less restrictions on content, but as I understand it, gives you less or no official material to work with.
Note that publishing when it comes to a violation of WotC IP falls under two categories:
- Repeating official content from books and other paid content word-for-word or image-for-image. - Making money off of your own original content that uses DnD without WotC's permission.
If you make your own unique content, publish it for free, and it doesn't contained copied material, you should be fine. As kcb said, DM's Guild is a good site to do that.
