Noob question that I am sure has been asked and answered a bunch elsewhere, but I cannot find it. I am wonder, if possible, how my players can send me their character sheets so I can load them into My list of characters. I had a player send to me in chat a link to the PDF of the character but that link would be stored in a chat. I currently have 18 players and tracking chat messages to find character info like Passive perception, or AC will get unwieldy pretty quick. Any help for a new user is appreciated. thanks in advance.
They don’t have to send you that stuff. Start a campaign and send the invite link to your players. I don’t think it‘s designed to accept 18 players, I think the limit is 6, so you might actually need to start multiple campaigns to squeeze everybody in. Once they are in a Campaign with you set as the DM you will be able to cycle through all of their character sheets to see at a glance.
I know you are supposed to be able to share your content with up to 12 players per campaign, so it should at least be that many.
You’re right, it is 12, I checked.I couldn’t remember before because my personal limit as a DM is around 7ish. I couldn’t handle 12 players in one campaign.

Totally agree, I prefer a max of six at most, but five is my optimal number.

DelosBosch has 18 players over 2 campaigns, so that averages to 9 each. With two campaigns that should cover their needs then.
Unless the split is actually 13 in one, and 5 in the other.... I couldn’t do that though, and I wouldn’t have time to run 3 campaigns to split them up. I honestly don’t know how they manage it if that’s the case.
Hello All,

You need to set up a campaign and copy the link generated and send it to your players to join and make/ add characters.
Then from Collections> My Campaigns you can have access to their characters as the DM.

Oh sorry for the confusion, I have 18 players total across 2 different campaigns.
I honestly don’t remember what the player/campaign limit is. I know there is one though.
