So I got no humans in my party and none from Theros so.. Tabaxi's might be considered a weird subrace of Leonin but what about dragonborns or a tortle?
Theros is pretty specific about what races exist, most of the D&D races don't. That being said, it's your game. The tabaxi seems a pretty easy substitution. For the other two, MtG has a well established plane-hopping mechanic. You could easily have them be natives of another world. Alternately if you take the Anvilwrought supernatural gifts, you could be whatever. No reason that a mechanical dragonborn or tortle couldn't be a flight of fancy for Purphoros. Otherwise, you could always reskin them as something else, like tortle as a weird offshoot of the tritons.
In the end, it's your campaign, how important is it to you that they fit into the lore?

I was going for as accurate as possible kinda
I really think going anvilwrought might be your best bet then.
Anvilwrought or Nyxborn could work if you want to play a non-normal race.
