Hey, Im looking into buying a couple books in the D&D Beyond Android app, since its the easiest way for me to buy them... Die i get the content in the character creator/Sheets or is it only the digital version of the book?

If you buy the whole book, you get all options unlocked.

If you get the Compendium Only version you don't get the options.

There's functionally no difference between buying in the app or on the site; if you buy it one place it is unlocked in the other.

I recently bother Tasha's cauldron.  It hasn't shown up in the app yet for the compendium. What should I do? 

@Mattorso They said that the implementation into the App will take a little while, so I wouldn't expect Tasha's to be in the App until the weekend or later.

I'll have to search it, but earlier this day a dev posted something about it. I'll add the link, when I find it.

 Edit2: Looks like it just became available recently the site tells you to refresh your compendium
