I am looking to develop my understanding of Faerun within the 5e version of D&D. I have googled to find out which adventures are based in Faerun but given that every result I looked at included the Curse of Strahd, which is in Ravenloft, I don't trust the Google results. Can someone tell me which adventures are NOT set in Faerun since that list would be the shorter of the two options. I assume Rick and Morty and the Stranger Things adventures aren't but I am unsure about the others. Thanks.
Wildemont, Ebberon, Theros, Ravnica, Acquisitions Inc. are the ones that immediately come to mind. I think I read that Saltmarsh is more in Greyhawk but I'm not sure.
All current adventures except for Curse of Strahd and Rick and Morty are set, by default, in Faerun. With the exception of Strahd, which was written when the people in charge of D&D had more balls, all adventure content Wizards writes (as opposed to sourcebook content, which is Eberron, Wildemount, and the like) can all be assumed to be set in Faerun. Most books will provide a small handful of tips for setting the adventure somewhere other than Faerun, but these can and usually are ignored, as the assumption from Wizards is that everybody always wants to play in Faerun. No matter how well their non-Faerun sourcebooks sell.

Acq. Inc. takes place in Faerun.
All D&D adventures in 5e start (or at least are meant to start) in Faerun, including Tomb of Annihilation and Curse of Strahd who then go to a different location. Tomb of Annihilation takes place on the same planet as Faerun, but a different continent, Chult. Curse of Strahd starts in the Forgotten Realms, and then goes to a demiplane inside of the Shadowfell, Barovia.
