If its one you purchased at dndbeyond it should show up pretty quickly but not instantly you might just try closing your browser and reopening.
If you purchased elsewhere you have to purchase at dndbeyond to access it here juch like if you have a DVD you have to buy it again on Amazon prime if you want to watch it there.
Thanks for responding. Turns out while you can search for and buy "Against the Giants," it is only visible through "Tales from the Yawning Portal." I could find that in the Sources section, and then navigate the Giants section. Not sure that's a great UI/UX choice, but I'm good now.
The Dragon's of Stormwreck Isle - too bad - it would be nice to simply import the characters for my new players. thanks for responding.
Happy to help. I asked which adventure because there is a thread that spells out how to build the pregens for the original starter set (starting with this post in that thread). I just compared the pregens: those guidelines would help you build the cleric, the rogue, and the wizard. In all 3 cases, alignment is different, and the Wizard uses a different background...and maybe has some different proficiencies. I didn't compare equipment startup.
If you would like help sorting out how to build the others, you could start a new thread asking about that.
I recently purchased "Against the Giants," but how do I access it? How do I "see" the content or use it?

How can I import the premade characters that come with the adventure so that my players can use them?
You would need to build the characters using the tools here. Which adventure?
